The following collage paintings were exhibited as a series entitled: Closed Forms

This latest series of works all involve closed forms, which take on many different identities, and relate and exist in different contexts.  Many resemble cells or buds, while others appear as rocks or entities where the centre is revealed.  Some seem as though they are exhibited forms while others are stacked, balancing and relying on one another.  There are relationships and contrasts and particularly when stacked they create a strange narrative which relates to that of a totem, but in a rather abstract way.
